Diffusion is currently planning a Phase I/II clinical study testing the effects of TSC on tumor control, quality of life and survival in conjunction with radiation therapy in patients with brain metastases. The study will be conducted at leading cancer centers around the United States. TSC received an FDA Orphan Designation for use in brain metastasis in 2012.
